Program           January 26, 2010             TED KIPPING       The Tree Shaper     The Art of Espalier, Topiary , Bonsai and Pruning Basics       A nationally renowned horticulturist, arborist & Aesthetic pruner,Ted spoke on pruning trees to achieve different forms. Ted was the horticulturist for Strybing Arboretum for years (now San Francisco Botanical Garden), is a world traveler and a board member of the Pacific Horticulture Society.     He was a very entertaining and knowledgeable speaker.
