An entertainer and educator, René van Rems, has lived in California ever since he landed here as an exchange student from Amsterdam, Holland in 1978.

After attending Horticultural Institutes in Aalsmeer and the Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam, he studied in London only to bring his design talents to the United States. |
